We charge a base rate for shipping based on the Order Value with additional surcharges for bulky items such as Baths & Toilets.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on certain items from time to time.  Please check the description if the item qualifies for FREE SHIPPING.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is avaialble at no charge from any of our 3 showrooms.  Please select this option at checkout and indicate the showroom you’d like to collect from.  We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection


We don’t carry stock on all the items we display on this website.  We try our best to stock most items, but in order to offer the widest range possible, we also list items we don’t stock.  In some cases we’ll need to order the stock from the supplier before we can fulfil the order.  This usually adds 2-3 working days before we dispatch the order.


Refunds/Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for the costs to return the package to our warehouse. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.  The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 30 calendar days. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been checked and deemed to be in good condition.

Damaged goods must be reported by email within 24 hours after delivery has taken place. Unless otherwise stated goods are deemed to have been received in good working order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds or returns on the following products

  •          Used items, as determined by us
  •          Any damaged item, not declared damaged within 24 hours of receipt
  • Any Electronic item not reported faulty withing 24 hours
  • Vacuum tubes not reported within 24 hours (tubes are inspected on dispatch)

Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).  Refunds will be made in accordance with the original payment method.   Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect after we’ve received your item(s)

Please note:  Return shipping can be costly on large items like baths. Please ensure your items’ style and size will be suitable for your installation before ordering.

Undeliverable Packages

Every attempt will be made to deliver your order.  In the event the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to us.  A refund will be issued, less the shipping charge.  If there was no shipping charge, than the cost incurred to us will be deducted from your refund.
